1.  When we just did the activity with a fellow classmate it was exciting an fun. This is because it felt like a real job interview.  Also I fell like it this has prepared me a lot because the question he asked, were will job interview questions.
2. When we did the job activity  it was fun a very preparing for us in the future.
3. From this activity I feel that most of the questions was somewhat easy. This is because some questions ask mostly about me.
4. The advice I would give to someone who is participating in a mock interview or a real interview is to not be nervous. This is because you will mess up on your wording.
5. When you are going to a job interview, you should bring your resume. This is because you can show the boss your strengths and goals you want in life. Also you should shake their hand and give your name.
6. This class activity was helpful because it is preparing us for our future. Also you should act like you would if the interview was real.
7. One of the questions in, “How do you work with other”? This is a great example of us practicing for a job interview. Also in order to get a job, you need to know how to work with others and the importance of teamwork.

1. What did I learn from my presentation is that you have to work hard in school so you can become successful in life. This is because you have put in a lot of effort to make your dream come true.
2. I feel like I did a great job presenting my career and I gave a lot of information so the crowd to understand my career.  Also I feel that people think that this is a feel job to have.
3. I feel like I could have made more eye contact with the crowd for my presentation. This is because they would have think that I know everything about my career, I want to pursue.
4. What I could have did differently is had a little bit more of facts and images. This is because I would have gave a better understanding of my everyday job.
5.  I wish that I would have made more eye contact and attended the job shadowing trip. If I can present again, I wouldn’t be that nervous again. Now that I have did a reflection on my presentation, I will be ready for the next one.

Mother’s Day occur various day in different parts of the world, because a lot of people love their mother for what they went through for them. Mother’s Day was made to show you mother some respect because of all of the thing she have done for you as a child. Also a lot of people do support Mother’s Day to spend some quality time with their family and friends. The countries that support this holiday is Australia, Canada and the United States. Mother’s Day was created by a person named Anna Jarvis in the year of 1908. Anna Jarvis held a memorial for her mother at St Andrew’s Methodist Church in Grafton, West Virginia. St Andrew’s Methodist Church now holds the International Mother’s Day Shrine. Mother’s day was created on a observed as a Day on which people would visit their ” Mother” church, it has also become an occasion for honoring the mother of children and giving them presents. In the UK and Ireland, Mothering Sunday is celebrated in the same way as Mother’s Day is celebrated elsewhere. So through this whole mother’s day E-Blog, I learned that people around the world celebrate this day, just so they can show their mother respect and also show that you are grateful for what they went through just to provide for you. So through this whole thing learned that you need to show that you love your mom everyday, not just for one day. This is because if you only show them love for one day of the year, then they will know that you don’t care about them like they can about you.

What is your social issue?

The topic I pick was the death penalty. I picked this topic because I feel that the death penalty can be an unfair law or rule for prison. This is because people should deserve a second chance before they get killed for a mistake they have made. 

Why is it such a social issue?

It is such a social issue because people are getting into death row to easily.

What is the proposed solution?

My solution is to make the death penalty a little bit harder to get on. This is because I feel that some people get on death row to easily for a mistake they have made. So I think that, some prisoners deserve a second chance at life.

What are pros to your solutions?

The death penalty shows closure to the victims families who have suffered a lot from one of their fellow family members who got killed.

What are cons to your solutions?

The death penalty sends a bad message out to the community because why are they killing prisoners who are killing other people, if they are trying to get the point across that killing is wrong.

For my English 2 class, we did a play-doh creation lab,and we basically had to make something that describe us. So I made my nickname, only my friends call me FrankDog and I made this with pink play doh. I basically picked this because I love to hear people call me by this name. This is because it make me feel happy every time I hear them say it. Also I picked this because it explain my character. It explain my character because it let people know that I am a dog aka good at different topics. Also I picked this because I thought it will be a unique thing to make. This is because I looked around and I say that nobody else in our class made their name. Before I made this piece of art, I was thinking about making a heart. This explain why I had the pink play doh. The reason why I was going to make a heart was because I wanted to show people that I am a caring and loving person. This is also because I care about others feelings and how others look toward. Doing this project with our hands is some what similar to typing or writing on a computer. This is because it will keep you active at all times. Also it help your brain also. This is because it works your brain out a lot and it helps you not lose your memory. So overall this lab in English 2 was a success.

On the website “ISIDEWITH.Com”, I picked the topic of death penalty. This is because he seemed like a good topic to get up on because it is happening a lot in different countries.  Through the United States 71% (11,643,380) of  people voted yes they support the death penalty and 29% (4,660,150) of people voted no they don’t support it. These results show that half of the United States do support the death penalty. In Illinois, 69% (501,214) of people voted yes and 31% (227,291) of people said no. So African American 68% said yes and 32 % said no. Most of the black people said yes because most of the people that are in gangs and that are killing people are blacks.  An 73% of the white people said the yes and 27% said no. This is because they are looking out for their own safety. An 66% of Asians said yes and 34% said no. So all of this information that I have gathered shows that people agree, that our community should keep this death penalty. Most of this different races and religion think this because they want to keep the world a safer and better environment. Also they want to make the people who have made a bad decision pay with an punishment that is equal to what they have done.
